Overtone the Zimfest Festival and this website are offered under the following  terms and conditions.
                                          
 
Right Of Admission Reserved, NU18 in the Bar Area, No Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol, Glass or Bad Attitudes to be brought into the festival venue.
 
Zimfest, Overtone the Organisers, Sponsors, Beneficiaries and associated Service Providers accept no liability for any loss or damage to any property or persons attending Zimfest.
 
Visitors to Zimfest do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, death, loss of property or any other damages that may result during the festival. This includes natural disasters, accidents, car crashes, fire etc. As a visitor you can make no claim on the organisers regardless of neglect, negligence, misuse or any other reason.
 
The venue is provided without guarantee of safety and many dangerous areas, walkways etc are not sign posted. You accept full liability for any injury or loss that may occur.
 
Please ensure that your property and your person are insured and that you wear sunscreen and protective clothing.
 
No persons under the age of 18 are permitted into the bar area or ar permitted to order alcohol via an older person. ID will be required to gain access to the bar area.
 
 
Any misuse of property, equipment, festival property or provate property is not permitted and visitors will be handed over to the police where they are found to be damaging property.
 
 
No violence or bad attitudes are allowed and organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove visitors from the festival grounds where they do not comply.
 
 
No guns, weapons, explosives, glass bottles, alcohol, drugs or illegal substances are permitted in the festival grounds and visitors may be subjected to searches prior to entry.
