Tickets
Unfortunately there are no returns for cancelations or changes to tickets that you have brought online or in associated stores.
Should the festival be cancelled entirely you will be entitled to a full refund.
Should the dates of the festival be moved you will be entitled to a 50% return on your tickets should you wish to cancel them.
If you have a discount voucher or have ordered early bird tickets then you will be entitled to a discount or a special offer while stocks last.
Delivery
There is no delivery on Tickets or on Merchandise . Please ensure that you have collected or printed out your tickets before you arrive at the festival. No Exceptions.
Merchandise
Your merchandise can be collected in advance at listed pickup points or from the festival ticket gate when you arrive.
Merchandise at the festival is offered on a first come first serve basis.
Please ensure that you have placed your order online in advance to ensure that you get your preference, and correct size etc.
There are no returns on ordered merchandice please ensure that you check your purchase before you buy it.
